Step 1: Download Attendee Mobile App and Login

Please download the Attendee Mobile App on your smartphone, and sign up with the email address you used to register for the event. Once you have logged in you can begin customizing your conference agenda.

Attendee Mobile App also offers other great features, including the ability to: view session details, room locations, interact and network with other attendee using chat features; organize meetups; browse the full list of speakers and exhibitors.

Step 2: Navigate to the Attendee Mobile App agenda via the dashboard

Attendee Mobile App allows you to easily customize and personalize your SMPTE 2019 agenda. Select “My Agenda” at the bottom of the app to browse the full program.

Step 3: Browse the list of sessions to make your selections.

From the My Agenda view, you can scroll through a list of available sessions before making your choice. Attendee Mobile App includes the name, date, time, location and event type for each session.

Step 4: Once you’ve clicked on the session you’d like to attend, it’s time to add to your agenda.

You can easily add or delete events as your personal schedule changes

Step 5: View your agenda for the day

Once you’ve signed up for your sessions, you can view your personalized agenda. This will show you all of the sessions you’re enrolled in, and at what time.

The app will organize your calendar for the sessions you've signed up for and can also send you reminders
