As Senior Director of Parks, Experiences, Emerging Tech & Innovation for Disney Parks, Experiences and Consumer Products, Kelly White is charged with driving innovation, deploying immersive experiences and digital products, and promoting cultures of diversity and inclusivity throughout the segment and The Walt Disney Company.

Throughout her 13 years at the Company, Kelly has established credibility as a success-focused, operationally-minded leader with a proven track record of delivering complex, strategic projects across her tenure. In her current role, Kelly played key roles in establishing numerous Company-wide programs and initiatives, including Emerging Technology, Women + Technology, and Code: Rosie, which creates pipelines and pathways for Cast Members to create and advance careers in software engineering.

Kelly also helped lead the successful delivery of key strategic programs for the Company, including the 2013 launch of Disney Infinity 1.0, its physical-meets-digital Playmation platform, and now Digital Product Strategy at Disney Parks, including the Play Disney Parks app. Prior to her appointment as senior director in 2014, Kelly managed operations for Disney’s interactive businesses. In this role, Kelly fostered global partnerships and developed processes, frameworks and targets for Disney’s console and mobile games.
