Stelios Ploumis received his B.Sc. degree in computer science from the University of Piraeus, Piraeus, Greece in 2013 and his Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University Of British Columbia (UBC), Vancouver, Canada in 2017. He is presently a graduate student at UBC pursuing his Ph.D and an intern at Barco\MTT Innovation, Vancouver. His research interests include high dynamic range technology, adaptation of high dynamic range content to legacy standard dynamic range displays, perceptual studies and video and image processing.
